Don't be fooled by the jester...Behind his funny glasses and hilarious jokes, Bob has a talent for putting his finger on where the business hurts and manages to raise the awareness for the most fundamental problem; overcoming resistance to change.
By collecting clever anecdotes and success stories from the audience he manages to tackle the main issues and ends up by pointing the finger towards the most critical success factor in any enterprise. People!  Bob's performance is taking the audience on an emotional elevator of laughter, reflexion, self-analysis and self-criticism which ends up at the top with the feeling: "I can change and create my company's future !". Having Bob around is a guarantee for fun and entertainment but can also be a trigger to start new business processes, ideas or launching new organisational structures.

Ich hätte nicht gedacht, daß die euphorische Show so gut bei unseren Leuten ankommt. Es ist ihm gelungen jedem einen Spiegel vorzuhalten und die Inhalte der neuen Strategie rüber zu bringen. Die sachlichen Inhalte sind mit viel Spaß und Selbstkritik vermittelt worden!
