Bob’s analysis of being ‘a best performer in the financial industry – threated with great humour and positive energy’ – had a lot of appreciation. We have to reinvent our value proposition. The Private Banking’s real future will go through more transparency and be more digital. Thanks to Mifid2, no single industry created such a transparency between the bank and its clients. We need that transparency to reinforce the trust relation with our customers and investors. We need the digital to enhance the quality of our services and especially to propose new services with great added value.
