I admire the Deloitte team member’s positive and proactive behaviour in serving their EU institutions’ clients although the tenders are long in process and the job is getting more difficult and complicated due to regulations. The challenge for the global account manager but also for everyone is to collect maximum data about their clients – cross boarder and cross country – in order to create added value.
