Since Bob did a lot of intakes, he was very well prepared for the session.
Although some were a little bit sceptical concerning the effectiveness of the day, they were pleasantly surprised to see Bob create a real willingness in the group. His very interactive way to debrief the situation made everybody comfortable and relaxed to express themselves.
After debating about the strategy and PWC MC’s common culture they created an action group who suggested very concrete solutions.
